Natures Finest Limited, will not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages, costs or losses or liabilities what so ever arising out of your access to , or use of , this site.
Natures Finest Limited shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer or other property, by reason of your use of, access to, or down loading of any material from, this site.

In addition, any such information will not have to be treated by us as confidential.
The name that will appear on your statement will be Nature's Finest Limited.
Cancellations
If you cancel an order we will refund you in full, however if you cancel after the product has been dispatched you will be charged freight to deliver and return the product to us and a restocking fee.
Quality Policy
If our product reaches you in a damaged or spoiled condition, and we agree that it has, we will, at your request refund the value of the product or replace the product. An RMA form must be filled in and the product returned to us at the buyers cost.
Invoicing Policy
If you are invoiced an incorrect amount for any product ordered please contact us. We will complete an invoice or credit adjustment. Your credit card will be refunded any credit owing or debited for invoice adjustments, to reflect the correct payment amount.
Delivery Policy
If you have been charged for product which has not been delivered, we will, at your request, either re-deliver the product or refund the value of the product to you. If we send you an incorrect product variant, we reserve the right to collect the product from you or we may allow you to keep the product, or we will, at your request, either re-deliver the product you originally ordered, or refund the value of that product to you.
All products are dispatched to New Zealand address only through either the Courier Post or Fastway NZ network. Orders from locations outside of New Zealand are by prior arrangement only.
Export conditions
All sales are in NZ$ for sales in New Zealand. Orders from locations outside of New Zealand are by prior arrangement only.
Additional freight charges may apply for rural and overseas (by prior arrangement only) deliveries.
Payment Conditions
Credit card payment other than Visa and Credit card, or cards not domestic to New Zealand will be charged an additional payment fee.
We use the secured Hosted Payment page from eWay to process on-line orders through our website. Customers can see their cards being authorised and debited in real time, all in a secure environment. The page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy on-line shopping experience.
Natures Finest Limited does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by eWay.

Nature's Finest Limited is New Zealand owned and operated. The business is located at 104 Atkinson Road, Titirangi, Auckland, NZ. All product and freight costs are priced in NZ dollars including GST. Transactions are billed in New Zealand Dollars.
Trademe Sales
All Trade Me sales are subject to the terms and condition of Natures Finest as outlined in this document.
Product will only be sent once funds have cleared into our bank account, this may delay delivery for 2-3 days in some cases.
We prefer direct bank transfers, but also accept Ping payments.
Bundling of items. The Trade Me site does not allow for the ability to bundle items but we doe support this. Simply purchase 1 item using bank transfer payment type, email us for the quantity you require we will advise of the total cost including shipping to be transferred.
Affiliates
Affiliates may register with the site. All affiliates will be approved at the discretion of Nature's Finest Limited.
Registering as an affiliate does not entitle you to automatic commission, your affiliate account must be approved by Nature's Finest and the advertisement of the site must be viewed and approved. You may be requested to use a specific link to identify traffic from your advertisement to our site, if so this link must be used to verify traffic for any commission.
Nature's Finest may revoke and cancel an affiliate account at it's discretion.
Affiliate account will be immediately terminated and all commissions forfeited if the affiliate portrays Nature' Finest or it's website/staff/products in any way that is deemed negative or will adversely affect sales or reputation. We reserve the right to request removal of any reference to our company, website or products .
