The taste
Coconut oil has a delicate, mild nutty flavour that really brings out the flavour of accompanying ingredients. It provides crispness to fried or roasted food, and creaminess when added to baking.
Coconut oil is very stable
Coconut oil has a very high smoke point of 177 ° Celsius, it is fantastic for high heat sautéing, roasting or frying.
The stability of coconut oil means it will not go ‘off’, or rancid, as fast as other oils. Our coconut oil is a superior product to other brands as it goes through vacuum evaporator and testing to ensure it has the lowest moisture content this ensures a longer shelf life and consistency in taste.
Vegan, Gluten Free and Dairy Free
Coconuts are not classified botanically as a nut, but instead a drupe. The incidence of having an allergy to coconuts is believed to be rare. Coconut oil is the only highly saturated oil that is vegan and ethically produced. Machinery used to produce our coconut oil is solely used for coconut oil production and is not used for dairy products or preparation of any nut extracts.
