Return Conditions

Returns are subject to our terms and conditions and quality policy.

Should a product we send arrive damaged, or as a  food product there is an issue with the product you are required to file in a returns form using the following link Returns form

All returns are at the purchasers expense, due care must be taken when returning goods especially glass jars that sufficient packaging is used to protect the product on return.

We will review the returns Item and advise you if we will replace the product or issue a  refund.

• Replacement products are sent at our cost to you.
  
• Refunds are at our discretion and are limited to the cost of the product, shipping and other costs will not be refunded. All settlements are full and final.
